General Hero Tier List

How are heroes ranked?

General evaluation of the overall hero skill-tree (SC) saves, and efficacy in overall content.

Use at endgame is emphasized, as well as how much benefit owning the specific hero can provide versus other heroes.

Note: It's hard to rank heroes overall for all content at endgame. This is a general attempt to do so, but there will always be exceptions! Also, it is important to try to have fun with units you enjoy, and not just stick to the meta for all cases.

Information

Order is present within tiers, but is still relative. So for example, within Tier 1, Kohaku is generally more valued from a meta perspective than Thunderbolt Sevia.

Tier 0 Excel at endgame content using their base kits, alone with minimal investment or better than Tier 1 heroes by a significant margin. Best in class, or provides a benefit other heroes cannot. Defines the LC Metagame.	Lily Zaix Dilmordo
Tier 1 Heroes that will easily excel at endgame content, but require more investment, or are slightly outclassed for their role by heroes in Tier 1. Strong, sometimes meta-defining heroes that can easily beg for a spot in a team. Inferior to Tier 0 heroes with similar roles. Tier 2 Still a good choice for a spot in your endgame team, but require a more investment than heroes in the above tiers to shine at their role. Requires investment to shine, but capable of doing so. Tier 3 These heroes can perform at endgame content but require a lot of investment and still won't be performing as well as other heroes in the above tiers. Has a clear role but performs less efficient at it than tier 2 heroes. Considerable investment required to be competitive. Tier 4 These heroes are hard to recommend building at all, due the investment required for them to perform at endgame. They generally have a myriad of problems holding them back. Struggles to find a role in teams at all or has a very niche use. Considerable investment required.
